75 Pretoria Street has recently made strong progress, with framing and roofing now completed across all blocks. Block C’s GIB installation has also been finished, marking a key milestone in the internal fit-out stage.
Next, the focus will shift to cladding and brickwork for Block A, along with GIB installation for both Blocks A and B. With the current pace of work, the estimated overall completion date remains March 2026.
